| The Health Ministry Cabinet, better known as the
Parish
Nurse Program, was formed to assist in the health needs of the church
family. Though "hands-on" is not a part of this service, nurses in the
program may assist church members thorugh health education, health
counseling and health referrals. Volunteers participate in a vital
visitation program and provide transportation for health needs. It is
the aim of the committee to serve the whole person--body, mind and
spirit. |
