Our Leaders |

 Roger
& Xochitl Beck
Roger Beck ha formado
parte de La Iglesia Metodista Libre, de McPherson, KS, desde su inicio,
en
1996, y aceptó la posición de pastor en el
2003.
Desde su primer viaje a Chihuahua, México, en
1992, él ha tenido el deseo de trabajar con la gente
hispana.
Roger es de Ottumwa, IA, originalmente, pero
ha vivido en McPherson desde 1994 cuando empezó a asistir a
Central Christian
College. Graduó con el titulo
‘bachelor’s
of science’ en ministerio cristiano en 1997.
Al siguiente año se casó con su esposa, Xochitl,
quien es originaria de
Hermosillo, Sonora, México. Ella curso
un año de preparación en ministerio cristiano en
el Instituto Luz y Vida, de la
Iglesia Metodista Libre, en la ciudad de Hermosillo. Ahora,
ella ocupa la posición de directora de
ministerio de niños. Roger y Xóchitl
tienen tres niños
hermosos: Johanna, Joshua, y Jeremiah. A
ellos les gusta conocer personas nuevas y diferentes culturas
también, buscando con ello compartir
el amor de Dios con otros.

Roger
Beck has been a part of La Iglesia Hispana Metodista Libre, in McPherson,
KS,
since its beginnings, in 1996, and became its pastor in 2003. Since his first trip to Chihuahua,
Mexico
in 1992 he has been interested in working with Spanish speaking people. Roger is
originally from Ottumwa,
IA, but
has been in McPherson,
KS
since 1994 when he started attending Central Christian College. He graduated with a
bachelor’s in ministry
degree from Central in 1997. The
following year he was married to his wonderful wife Xochitl, who is
from Hermosillo,
Sonora,
Mexico. She attended the Free
Methodist Institute, in Hermosillo, for
a year, in preparation for church ministry.
She now directs the children’s
ministry. Roger
and Xochitl have three beautiful children: Johanna, Joshua, and
Jeremiah. They
enjoy getting to know new people and
cultures from around the world, while looking for opportunities to
share God’s
love.

creyentes.

nadie se pierda, si no que todos vengan al
arrepentimiento.

- The

- Jehovah is a triune

- Everyone has sinned
and needs God’s forgiveness.
Romans 3:23
- The only way to
receive forgiveness of our sins is through faith in the death of Jesus
Christ. Romans 10:9
- After putting faith in
Jesus Christ the Holy Spirit comes to live inside of each believer,
giving a notable testimony of the received salvation.
Ephesians 1:13-14
- Every
true believer (Christian) should:
1)
Study the Bible to learn
what God wants of every believer
– 2 Timothy 2:15
2) Seek God in prayer –
Ephesians 6:18
3) Seek the fellowship of
other believers – Hebrews 10:24-25
God is patient, and
doesn’t want anyone to perish, but that
everyone come to the repentance of their sin.

the opportunity to receive the good news of
salvation that God offers you today. 2
